Collective Participation
General rules
Call free and open to jewelry designers, artists, jewelry schools, associations of jewelers, art galleries / jewel presenting the work of its artists, and designers from other disciplines to present work related to the project.
This international, all nationalities are welcome, regardless of place of residence. The materials, dimensions and theme are free. Whenever your work and career is of quality.
Will be accepted to participate in "Jewellery Art Madrid" those artists / designers event that the jury found to satisfy the requirements of quality, originality, innovation.
Submission of Applications
The registration deadline for submitting proposals is July 15 to October 20, 2013.

No applications will be accepted after the deadline.
Selection
Selection will be made from all applications received. A jury represented by art professionals and jewelry will select the participants based on the following criteria.
Originality. Innovation. Design. Concept. Materials.
List of participants
Jury selection will be announced on October 30, 2013. The list will be published on the website and will be personally notified via email to the artists / designers selected.
Selected artists must pay the participation fee to the conference by the deadline, formalizing prerequisite for participation. Failure to comply with the participation fee within the prescribed period and participation will void the square to another artist who has been in reserve.
Participation
The candidates selected by the jury must formalize their participation by paying the appropriate fee to reserve your space for the exhibition and sale Showroom and participation in post-exposure before November 15, 2013, by bank transfer, data will be provided to Selected.
Artists / designers, schools, associations and galleries that are selected by the jury will agree to participate both in the showroom and in the exhibition as part of a whole.
Showroom
Space of two meters per participant, association or group.

Participation in the conference means that artists, associations, schools and galleries must attend mandatory during the days of the Showroom, they will respond directly to your exhibition space and selling or otherwise delegate to a responsible full confidence. Which must be notified prior to the organization of the event in order to give credentials to the person concerned.
The organization of the event shall not cause or hire personnel to fill the spaces leased to artists, associations, schools and gallery.
The organization if staff available for assistance, support and reinforcement during the days of the conference. To meet the needs they may have moments participants and facilitate their participation as possible.
The organization procure insurance for the duration of the conference, and artists, school, association or gallery should ensure routes and transfers of jewelry. They should provide the appropriate packaging for the return of the pieces after the exhibition. And will personally collect jewels or else send his trusted transportation agency in the two days following the closing of the exhibition.
Involvement associations, schools and groups
The organizations and groups who apply must do so together in a single document. Including documentation of both the entity or group as each of the participants individually proposed.
Can participate with a minimum of 4 artists and a maximum of 8.
The exhibition and sales space will be 2 meters may distribute as they see fit.
The participation fee in the form colectica be 150 euros per participant, not entity. If an entity presents 4 participants the price of space will be 150 for four. So on.

The entry fee for groups must be made in a lump sum by the total participants. In no way accept individual payments are made in names of institutions or groups. Prerequisite for the proper functioning of the organization.
Also collective requests are subject to jury verdict.
The collective participation fee includes free admission to all lectures and roundtables for members of the group that this can be accredited. Delivery of 1 copy of the book catalog for the headquarters of the entity or group + one for each participant, whether or not participating in it.
Requirements

Documents to send:
-Facts entity, school, association, or group gallery.
-Brief history of the same, maximum 10 lines.
-Individual data of each artist / designer proposed by the entity. Full name, full address, contact numbers, email address, date of birth and website or blog.

- Explanatory text of the collection or collections to present. Used techniques, materials and approximate prices. Single in the case of a joint project conducted by several people also will be accepted.
- 5 Photos of the pieces to present at least 300 dpi format. Must be professional photographs since they will serve to edit the catalog. The photos do not need more rules, the artist / designer can express themselves freely.
- Photo by the artist-designer for the catalog.
The artist gives the images provided voluntarily to promote the event and the artist, in specialized and generic, in posters, websites, mailings, etc.. Always recognizing copyright of the artist / designer.
